Kentucky artist Leslie Blackford is the master of whimsical creatures, beautifully crafted and thoughtfully designed.   She teaches all over the world, capturing ideas and emotions in her animals and reflecting nature in her sticks, stones, nests and bones.  We are delighted that she’s sharing an afternoon with us at VIA Artistica on April 2 from 12-5.  Leslie will teach a class in making Bulb Bunnies.  Leslie will bring clay and materials and a goodie bag, too.  Students need to only bring tools and a willingness to learn.  Such a deal and a great opportunity to learn from a master.  While experienced sculptors will undoubtedly take it to the next level, even non-experts will have fun!
